Party Rental Polices & Terms of Service
It Pick N Roll Rental's goal to provide quality service and equipment to our customers. Making your event a success is our top priority. To ensure that our agreement with you is clear and concise, we ask that you direct your attention to the following information regarding our procedures.
We encourage reservations for your party needs. A 50% down payment is required to ensure the availability of rental equipment. Final counts and balance of payment is due 2 weeks prior to event.
A major credit/debit card security deposit is collected in addition to rental fees for all contracts at the time the rental item leaves our premises. The credit/debit card is required to be in the same name as the Renter. Please note that we are unable to use a prepaid debit card for the security deposit. The deposit fee will be quoted at the time of your reservation and is subject to modification if additional rental items are added to the contract. Security deposits cover any balance due from loss, damages or overtime fees while the rental equipment is in your possession. If the rental equipment is returned as contracted, this fee is fully refundable.
Rental Period:
All rates are for single use rates. Rentals may be picked up one day before the event and returned the next business day. Special long term rates available upon request. Delivery is available for a fee; please inquire with our office for a quote.
The rental period begins on the date and time the Equipment is delivered or picked up by the Renter and ends when the Equipment is returned to the Company.
- If the Equipment is not returned by the agreed-upon time, the Renter may be charged a late return fee of $50 per day until the Equipment is returned.
- If the Equipment is not returned within three (3) days of the agreed-upon return date, the Renter will be charged the full replacement cost of the Equipment.
Liability Waiver and Assumption of Risk
- The Renter assumes all risks and responsibilities associated with the use, operation, and possession of the Equipment.
- The Renter assumes full responsibility for the safe and proper setup, operation, and supervision of the Equipment. The Company is not responsible for injury, damage, or failure resulting from improper use or failure to follow any provided instructions.
- The Company, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any injuries, damages, or losses arising from the use or misuse of the Equipment, regardless of cause.
- In no event shall the Company's liability exceed the total rental fees paid by the Renter. The Company shall not be liable for incidental, indirect, or consequential damages of any kind.
Every attempt is made to assure the quality of the equipment we rent. If you should experience any problem, please contact our office immediately. All damage claims must be made prior to use. We reserve the right to upgrade the quality of your order if circumstances beyond our control prevent us from processing your order as requested. All prices subject to change without notice.
