Rental Agreement & Contracts

Lessee hereby agrees to accept responsibility for the rental items listed above. Leased property is to be returned in the same condition as it was received; ordinary wear and tear expected. Lessee agrees to pay for any damage or loss of the rental property at the retail replacement cost. Lessee agrees to indemnify and save harmless against any and all loss, damage, expense and penalty arising from any action on account of any injury to person or property incurred by the leased property. Lessee will not retain rental property beyond the due date and time without prior notice and con of the lessor. If collection or litigation becomes necessary, lessor agrees to pay collection charges including attorney’s fees, and court costs. Deposits aid by the lessee to reserve items (up to 25% of the rental items total price) are non-refundable. All customers certify, by using this website engaging in business with Pick N Roll Rentals, that they agree to all terms of this Rental Agreement.

Credit Card Authorization for Damage

- The Company may decide prior to releasing the Equipment that they will conduct a credit card authorization to verify sufficient funds to cover the full replacement cost of the Equipment.

- This authorization does not result in a charge unless the Equipment is returned damaged, lost, or not returned at all.

- By signing the Agreement, the Renter consents to this authorization and any subsequent charges necessary to cover damages or losses.

Limitations

In no event shall Pick N Roll Rentals or its suppliers, third-party vendors or custom software be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption,) arising out of the use or inability to use the software or services provided by Pick N Roll Rentals, even if Pick N Roll Rentals or a Pick N Roll Rentals-authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Because some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties, or limitations of liability for consequential or incidental damages, these limitations may not apply to you. The user agrees to indemnify and hold Pick N Roll Rentals and its third parties harmless against any and all claims, costs, and expenses, including attorney’s fees, due to activity pertaining to services provided. Pick N Roll Rentals does not take liability for the protection of individuals, groups, organizations, businesses, spectators, or others who may visit the website and utilize the services, information, links or communication tools herein.
